- Scope. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or use the site, and how we handle it.
- Adults only. The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and delete it if we find out.
- Data you give us. Email address, display name, age confirmation and any details you choose to share in chats.
- Chat content. Messages you send are stored so your companion can remember context. They are linked to your account only.
- Automatic data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies. We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and optional cookies to understand how the site is used.
- Managing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may stop working if you do.
- Why we use data. To run the service, personalize your companion, keep accounts secure, answer support requests and improve the product.
- Legal bases. We rely on contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligations and, where needed, your consent.
- No selling. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- Service providers. Hosting, payment and analytics partners process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Payments. Card details are handled by certified payment processors. We never see or store full card numbers.
- International transfers. Data may be processed outside your country. We use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
- Retention. We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you close it, unless the law requires longer.

- Automated responses. Companion replies are generated automatically. They do not produce legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
- Deleting chats. You can delete individual conversations or your full history from your account settings.
- Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and major changes will be announced on the site.
