- Fictional characters. All companions are fictional anime characters. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
- Entertainment only. Conversations are for entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
- Your account. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accurate info. Give true information when signing up and keep it up to date.
- One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or that violates others' rights.
- Prohibited content. No content involving minors, non-consent, real people without permission, hate or violent extremism.
- No misuse. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or try to break the site.
- Your content. You keep rights to what you write. You give us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service.
- Our content. Character art, names, text and design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
- Generated replies. Companion replies may be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not rely on them for important decisions.
- Paid features. Some features cost money. Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where required.
- Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your account.
- Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where the law says otherwise or we decide case by case.
- Free trials. If a trial converts to paid, we tell you the price and date in advance.
- Changes to service. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
- Suspension. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.

- Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
- Indemnity. You agree to cover losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law.

- Wellbeing. If you feel distressed, please contact a professional or a local helpline. A companion is not a substitute for real help.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered, unless local consumer law gives you more protection.
